Terms of Service
For all orders via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs, the following terms and conditions apply.
1. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that, in the course of entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity. With regard to entrepreneurs, these terms and conditions also apply to future business relationships, without us having to refer to them again. If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions, its validity is hereby contradicted; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly consented to this.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Nice Idea Trade GmbH.
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can put our products initially without obligation in the shopping cart and correct your input before submitting your binding order at any time, by providing this in the order process and use explained proofing tools. By clicking on the order button you place a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of your order takes place by e-mail immediately after sending the order and does not yet represent an acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in separate e-mail or by delivering the goods within 2 days.

If you have selected the payment method Sofortüberweisung, the contract is concluded at the time of confirmation of the payment order to the SOFORT AG.
The language available for the contract is German.
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. You can also view and download the terms and conditions here on this page. You can see your past orders in our customer login.
3. Delivery conditions
We deliver within Germany free shipping.
You also have the option of picking up at Nice Idea Trade GmbH, Lindenstr. 48-52, D-40233 Dusseldorf, Germany with prior notification.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
4. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:

When selecting the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. - Bill

We also offer immediate transfer. Herewith we receive the transfer credit immediately. This accelerates the entire order process. All you need is the account number, bank code, PIN and TAN. Sofortüberweisung automatically and in real time makes a transfer in your online bank account via the secure, non-tradable payment form of Sofort AG. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the bank account of the merchant. If you choose the payment method immediate transfer, a pre-filled form will open at the end of the order process. This already contains our bank account. In addition, the transfer amount and the purpose of use are already displayed in the form. You now have to select the country in which you have your online banking account and enter the bank code. Then enter the same data as when logging in to online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. Right after you receive confirmation of receipt. In principle, every Internet user can use the immediate transfer as payment method if he has an activated online banking account with PIN / TAN procedure. Please note that for a few banks, instant bank transfer is not yet available.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the cancellation policy. Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
For entrepreneurs applies in addition: We reserve the ownership of the goods until the complete settlement of all claims from an ongoing business relationship. You may resell the reserved goods in ordinary business; All claims arising from this resale occur – irrespective of any combination or mixture of the reserved goods
in a new matter – in advance of the invoice amount to us, and we accept this assignment. You remain authorized to collect the claims, but we may also collect claims yourself, as long as you do not meet your payment obligations.
7. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and please contact us immediately. The failure to make a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us claim our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
It is the statutory warranty rights. Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found in the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
9. Final provisions
If you are an entrepreneur, then German law applies excluding the UN sales law.
Are you a merchant within the meaning of the Commercial Code, legal entity under public law or special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you is our place of business.
The European online dispute resolution platform (“OS platform”) will be accessible after being made available by the European Commission via the “Your Europe” portal (http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/index_en.htm). The OS platform is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
